This product or service (the “Product”) is made available by Asset International, Inc.,
doing business as Strategic Insight (“SI”) pursuant to the terms and conditions
of a master data services agreement and associated schedule(s) (the “Agreement”)
entered into between SI and you or your employer.
By using the Product, (i) you represent and warrant that you have been authorized
to access the Product under the Agreement, and (ii) acknowledge that your use of
the Product is subject to compliance with all of the terms and conditions of the
Agreement. Except while the Agreement is in effect, and to the extent expressly
provided therein, you shall have no right to access or use the Product in any manner
whatsoever.
SI PROVIDES THE PRODUCT "AS IS," WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR TIMELINESS
OR THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND
INFRINGEMENT, AND SI AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS
AND WARRANTIES. NEITHER AI NOR ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS, DEFECTS,
PROBLEMS OR OMISSIONS IN OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT. All right, title
and interest in and to the Product, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade
secrets, patents and other intellectual property rights inherent therein or appurtenant
thereto, including as to any modifications, copies or derivative works thereof,
are retained by SI and its licensors.
